liberty style holiday house in viareggio/200m from the beach/4,5m high ceiling/ 6 persons/3 bedrooms with kingsize beds,2 of them with balcony/ openspace living room sala/open space kitchen and diningroom/ little 'corte' with outside table/2,5 bathrooms/first floor space/ rooftop-terrace with palm trees/ pergola with big dining table and lounge area.

 

From the stunning entrance you reach the sala/living area with a beautiful pellet fireplace. Then you enter the spacious open kitchen and diningroom area. From there you enjoy the court with table and chairs and the antique well. Beside you find the washing machine and clothes dryer in a closed compartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary tools and extraordinary beautiful dishes, cutlery and glasses.

Taking the marble-stairway to the first floor you reach a spacious, comfortable corridor, which leads to the three bedrooms (all of them with air-condition,2 of them with balcony), as well as to the 2,5 bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with high level bed linen for every season. In the bathrooms you find ultra comfortable/smooth towels.

Enter the entrance to the huge rooftop terrace (80sqm) with a dinner table for 12 and a chilly lounge area under the pergola. The place is fully decorated with palm trees. You can find as well daybeds for taking a nap in the sun.

For enjoying beachlife baskets and beach towels are prepared.

Viareggio is a city in northern Tuscany in Italy on the coast of the Thyrrenian Sea. With over 63.00 people it is the main centre of the Tuscan Riviera known as Versilia. Viareggio is famous for the "Passeggiata" a promenade more than 2km long, the longest  most beautiful beaches on the north italian coast and for the oldest Carneval in Europe, the "Carnevale di Viareggio".

Cities like Pisa, Lucca and Florence can be reached in less than one hour.

Forte dei Marmi is just in the neighborhood, as well as Torre di Lago, famous for the Puccini festival. 10 minutes from Viareggio,in the hills, the typical tuscan town of Pietrasanta is located, with a lot of restaurants, galleries, shops and art-exibitions.

Its a place to enjoy the italian "la dolce vita" in all dimensions.

The house is placed in the heart of Viareggio. So there is everything around. 

The pedestrian zone, with shops, restaurants, a marketplace and weekly special food market through the whole zone.

And a weekly 2 miles long market at the passeggiata. The via mazzini leads directly to the beach by passing the beautiful palm tree park the "Piazza Mazzini". In the direct neighborhood you find beautiful breakfast and coffee places. Next door delicious cappuccino and brioches.
